Since Windows 8 has come on to the scene, Windows XP users continue to dwindle away. Windows XP as stated in previous articles has had an end of life date set by Microsoft for a long time now. Windows XP support ends April 8th of next year. Since the end of support date is quickly approaching Windows XP use will begin to drop off very quickly.
Users that decide they will not make the move away from XP will find themselves in a very risky situation as hackers will move to exploit any and every one hole in the unsupported systems. This means those users that do online banking or any other transactions for the matter risk identity theft and other risks.
